We have no return / exchange / refund policy, Incase, if you have received Damaged / Tampered / Wrong Article, only then your order will be eligible for return/exchange with opening video as reference. The same should be informed to us by an email with the tag, product image and invoice copy, Shiii & Co. will schedule a pick up for the same from your door step.

Shiii & co. gives a 6 month warranty (can be availed ONCE) for all its products under the following scenarios:

1.Shiii & co. will do the necessary repair i.e. size issue, belt adjustment, loss of stone/diamond (subject to availability)

2.Repolish for the jewellery from date of the purchase till 6 months.

3.The warranty is applicable only for the jewellery purchased through www.shiii.co.in.

4.The warranty does not cover any damage to the item due to harsh chemical exposure.

NOTE - NO WARRANTY ON SALE ARTICLES,The repairability of the item depends on the degree of damage/breakage. While our staff will do their best to restore your item to its previous condition, some items may be damaged/broken beyond repair.

Shiii & Co. enters into a binding agreement once the order is placed by you i.e. (buyer) and accepted by us (the seller). Once the order is confirmed the price mentioned in the invoice by the seller will be the final price and it will be inclusive of taxes and shipment.

Kindly note the order confirmed by the buyer will be final and no cancellation will be considered. Shiii & Co. reserves the right to cancel the order, in case there is any unauthorized activity in the payment.
